SMB Consultants Holiday Hours

SMB Consultants will be closed from the 18th of December 2023 until the 8th of January 2024. Should you need break fix support during these hours, please reach out to your software provider directly as they will be best placed to assist you.

SMB Consultants does not operate an inbound call centre for support.

All support calls need to be pre-booked and are carried out via Zoom in 15min blocks. This will allow time to review and aim to diagnose your issue and if more time is required an additional booking can be made during the call.

Alternatively if you wish to submit a support ticket, please email support@smbconsultants.com.au with the details of your support issue.

If you do not have a support retainer with SMB Consultants any support will be invoiced at a rate of $220/hr (ex GST).

Support calls are booked in 15min blocks to diagnose your issue. If your issue cannot be resolved within this block of time, you may need to schedule an additional time to continue the call.
